Auro Hotels is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Agent for Residence Inn Charleston Riverview in Charleston, SC. You will greet guests, process registrations, handle payments, and assist guests with requests during shifts from 7am–3pm or 3pm–11pm, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities include promoting hotel facilities, maintaining accurate cash handling, and coordinating with front desk and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; High School Diploma and/or 2–3 years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and maintain eye contact.
• Promote hotel facilities and maximize occupancy and rate.
• Maintain cash bank and follow accounting procedures.
• Communicate effectively with Front Office and other departments.
• Follow safety, security and emergency procedures; protect guest information.
