Job summary

Residence Charleston Riverview, part of Auro Hotels Management, seeks a weekend Night Auditor to join the front desk team in Charleston, SC. The role requires work on Friday, Saturday and Sunday with compensation based on experience.

The Night Auditor will balance accounts, prepare reports, assist guests, and support reservations while adhering to AURO Hotels’ standards for guest satisfaction and security.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
• Experience in hospitality/front desk is a plus.
• Strong guest-service orientation and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Audit daily postings and ensure accounts balance by 6:00 a.m. or brand standard time.
• Register guests and process check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly reports as required by the property.
• Handle front desk operations including phone and reservations.
