Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service focus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact warmly with guests.
• Ability to work various shifts including day, evening, and night audit.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Make, modify, and confirm guest reservations accurately.
• Check guests in and out efficiently with a warm welcome and farewell.
• Handle guest complaints and requests professionally and promptly.
• Adhere to Marriott’s Steps of Service and brand standards.
• Manage transactions using the property management system.
• Oversee stocking and cleanliness of The Market area.
• Provide information about local attractions, dining, and directions.
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
