Job Title: Front Desk/Guest Service Agent

Join us at Sleep Inn & Suites - Lancaster, WI as a Front Desk/Guest Service Agent. This is a full-time, entry-level position in the hospitality industry.

Pay Range

Base pay is $14.00 per hour. Actual compensation will depend on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests, managing all stages of their stay.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs and inquiries.
  • Act as the information liaison for the hotel, providing details on hotel services, local attractions, and events.
  • Process payments accurately following cashier procedures.
