Job summary

Raymond Management Company is seeking a Guest Service Representative to join the Front Desk team at SpringHill Suites – Madison. The role is part-time with starting pay of $16.00–$17.00 per hour, with scheduled increases at 30, 60, 90 days and 6 months.

Qualifications

• Prior guest service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and handle inquiries politely.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks and hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests during check-in/check-out with a positive attitude.
• Address guest requests and reservations with professionalism and care.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and sales to ensure smooth operations.
