SpringHill Suites – Madison is seeking a Guest Service Representative for our Front Desk team. This part‑time position welcomes guests, handles check‑in/check‑out, and resolves requests with a friendly, professional approach.

Starting pay is $16.00-$17.00 per hour, with increases at 30, 60, 90 days and at 6 months. We offer team culture, on‑the‑job training, paid time off, travel room discounts, and benefits for full‑time teammates.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel or hospitality experience is a plus, but training is provided.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform basic computer tasks.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional communication.

Responsabilités

• Assist guests with requests and reservations, ensuring accuracy.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales for seamless operations.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and welcoming experience.
• Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring smooth service with a friendly attitude.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and reservations with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Communicate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage daily front desk duties, including payments, room assignments, and resolving any guest issues.
