Job summary

BW Plus Inn of Santa Fe in Santa Fe, NM seeks a Guest Service Front Desk Extraordinaire to welcome guests, check them in/out, and answer inquiries with a smile. You’ll assist with reservations and local recommendations while maintaining a tidy lobby.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, superb communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role requires flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software.
• Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for our guests.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Efficiently check guests in and out, ensuring all necessary information is collected.
• Answer guest inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email with a smile.
• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with reservations and provide knowledgeable recommendations for local attractions and dining options.
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area/lobby.
• Assist with laundry.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
