Qualifications

• Answer telephone calls within 3 rings, using correct salutations and telephone etiquette.
• Ascertain callers' needs through open-ended questions.
• Describe room accommodations and all amenities.
• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hotel operations, daily activities, and room products.
• Comply with departmental policies and standards.
• Accommodate special requests and record in system per SOPs.
• Access guest history records to provide best service and maintain accuracy.
• Present folio to guest and resolve disputed charges.
• Assist departments in obtaining information regarding groups, inventory, and guest information.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
