Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests and residents in person and by phone.
• Act as the property liaison and share information.
• Process payments and deposits.
• Run reports and submit maintenance requests to improve efficiency.
