Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest services including check-in/check-out and payments.
• Assist guests with arrivals and departures and relay requests to departments.
• Provide information about hotel, rooms, amenities, and local events.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle guest complaints according to policy.
• Input and track guest information using the property management system.
• Support administrative tasks and shift reporting.
• Adhere to attendance policies and flexible scheduling.
