Job summary

The Courtyard Ruston, operated by Dimension Hospitality, LLC, is seeking a Guest Service Representative in Ruston, LA. This part-time position supports front desk operations and delivers an exceptional guest experience through check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and daily service needs.

You will greet guests, assist with room assignments, process payments, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional demeanor.
• Comfortable using hotel systems and computers.
• Flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends.
• Prior hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and reservations.
• Answer guest questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Operate the front desk system and process payments.
