Job summary

Embassy Suites Raleigh Crabtree is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Agent to greet and serve guests in a professional, gracious manner. You will register guests, handle check-in and check-out, resolve issues, and ensure a fond farewell at departure.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; High School Diploma and/or 2-3 years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately with a friendly, sincere welcome and maintain eye contact.
• Register guests; input and retrieve information; confirm number of guests and length of stay.
• Resolve guest problems and complaints; document solutions and inform management as needed.
• Close out guest accounts at check-out and provide key folders and coupons as appropriate.
• Adhere to safety and security procedures; assist in emergency situations and protect guest information.
