Job summary

Embassy Suites Raleigh Crabtree is seeking a Banquet Setup/Server to join our vibrant banquet team. You will set up, serve, and breakdown coffee breaks, receptions, and other functions, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to sanitation standards. Compensation is based on experience, and hotel benefits are offered.

High school diploma or GED is required; previous banquet or food & beverage experience is preferred. Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction through meeting room cleanliness and attention to guests' needs.
• Maintain high sanitation and cleanliness before, during, and after each shift.
• Read a Banquet Event Order and complete setup accordingly.
• Setup, serve, and breakdown coffee breaks, receptions, and other functions as assigned.
• Assist managers and lead servers in setting up functions and enforce policies.
