Responsibilities

• Greets guests with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists and prepares welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to room and assist with check-in.
• Answer phones promptly and assist or transfer calls.
• Handle cash and report discrepancies.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PII data following procedures.
• Obtain IDs and payment forms during check-in/check-out.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
