Schulte Hospitality Group in the Pittsburgh area seeks a Guest Service Representative to greet guests, manage arrivals, and escort VIPs for smooth check-ins. You will answer calls, handle payments, and uphold guest privacy with care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists and prepares welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer phone within three rings and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Count and manage cash, ensure proper cash handling and reporting of variances.
• Keep front desk organized and assist with lobby activation.
• Handle guest PII data according to procedures.
• Follow check-in/check-out checklist and collect IDs and payment.
• Attend to guest needs and inquiries promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet objectives.
