Qualifications

• 6+ months of cash handling experience preferred.
• 1+ year of face-to-face guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the property and MGM Resorts family, handling arrivals and departures.
• Resolve guest requests and concerns in alignment with service standards.
• Process charges and balances, and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
