Strong calculator skills for moderately complex calculations.
Ability to input and access information on a moderately complex computer system.

Responsibilities

Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome, and provide accurate information.
Complete guest registrations and retrieve information from a computer system, processing room rates and guest details.
Verify and imprint credit cards, handle cash, and balance a house bank; post charges to guest accounts.
Promptly answer the telephone, input messages, and relay information to guests.
Close guest accounts at check-out, ensure guest satisfaction, and resolve issues as needed.
Field guest complaints and work to resolve problems with a calm, professional approach.
Attend shifts as required and perform other duties as assigned.
