Job summary

Stonebridge Hospitality Management in Keller, TX is seeking a Guest Service Agent to support front desk operations, manage check-ins and check-outs, and process guest reservations with accuracy and a friendly demeanor.

You will handle guest inquiries, payments, and records using a property management system, balance cash, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel front desk or guest service role preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management systems and basic office software (Word, Excel).
• Ability to handle cash transactions and basic bookkeeping.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and follow hotel policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and check in guests and assign rooms on arrival.
• Verify guest credit and establish payment methods for accommodation.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts in the PMS.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests.
• Balance cash drawers and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Issue room keys and coordinate with bell staff as needed.
• Review accounts and charges with guests at check-out.
• Post charges for rooms and services to ledgers in the system.
• Transmit and receive guest messages via phone or intercom.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest issues.
• Make and confirm reservations for guests.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services and local dining/shopping options.
