Job summary

Northwood Hospitality LLC is seeking a Front Desk Agent for our Staybridge Suites Charlotte Ballantyne property. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring seamless check-in/out, handling reservations, and delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing room assignments, processing payments, and providing local information. Prior hospitality experience is preferred and basic computer skills are required.

• Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Update and maintain accurate guest records.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
