Generation Hospitality Group is seeking a Guest Service Representative for our front desk in Billings, MT. This hourly, full-time role focuses on creating a welcoming guest experience, handling check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and inquiries with professionalism and warmth.

You will balance administrative tasks with high-touch customer service, collaborating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations, safety, and a hospitable environment for guests and team

Formación

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Basic math and computer skills, including familiarity with email, data entry, and POS or reservation systems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and manage check-ins/check-outs with a welcoming, efficient approach.
• Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the property system.
• Answer phones and assist in-person inquiries with clear information on services and hours.
• Verify guest details, process payments, and issue room keys; maintain accurate records.
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate when needed to maintain satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance to ensure rooms and facilities are ready.
• Balance cash drawers and complete end-of-shift reports according to policy.
