Job summary

KIV Hotel II in Harrah, OK, is seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee daily Front Desk operations and deliver exceptional guest service at the Comfort Inn & Suites. You will supervise the Front Office team, collaborate with other departments, and drive revenue and occupancy targets while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of hotel Front Desk experience.
• Minimum one year of supervisory or management experience in hospitality.
• Experience in a branded hotel environment preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with PMS, MS Office and general computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations including check-in/check-out, reservations, and cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Monitor room inventory, occupancy levels, and room availability to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Review daily reports, arrivals, departures, room status, and audit reports.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure guest rooms are clean, ready, and available for occupancy.
• Assist with budgeting, labor management, payroll review, and expense control.
• Monitor and control Front Office labor costs and overtime.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
• Support revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue performance.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety procedures.
