RESIDENCE INN - SAVANNAH AIRPORT is seeking a front desk professional to deliver exceptional guest services, manage daily front office tasks, and act as Manager on Duty during evening and overnight shifts. The role involves promoting hotel services, handling reservations, and ensuring accurate cash handling and reporting.

The ideal candidate will be able to work overnight shifts, maintain a professional lobby, and coordinate with management for guest requests.

Qualifications

• Front desk operations with guest service focus.
• Ability to act as Manager on Duty and coordinate with management.
• Willingness to learn PMS and assist with daily front office tasks.

Responsabilités

• Greet and register guests, assign rooms, protect guest privacy, and accommodate special requests.
• Promote and sell hotel services and amenities.
• Promote repeat business by encouraging future reservations and brand recommendations.
• Maintain balance of cash, checks, and reports at shift end.
• Keep lobby and market areas clean and professional; communicate special needs to other departments.
