Dave & Buster's is hiring a front desk/host to warmly greet Guests and guide them through game rentals, dining, and purchases. You will coordinate with team members to deliver a seamless first impression and outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes friendly interaction, accuracy in transactions, stocking the front desk, and supporting the overall Guest experience. Must be at least 16 years old and able to read and speak English.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Excellent customer service and friendly demeanor.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or cashier roles preferred but not required.
• Minimum age 16.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and create a welcoming first impression.
• Coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales, and phone communications.
• Process transactions and handle cash with accuracy.
• Keep the front desk and host area stocked and clean.
• Assist team members and escalate issues to Manager as needed.
• Maintain positive relationships with Guests and team members.
• Direct Guests to seating and dining areas as needed.
• Ensure accuracy of bills and To-Go orders.
