Dave & Buster’s Management Corporation, Inc. is seeking a front desk/host to warmly welcome Guests, guide them through retail, game rentals and dining, and handle transactions with a friendly, high-energy approach.

You’ll ensure clean, well-stocked front desk areas and coordinate with team members to deliver a top-notch Guest experience. Ideal candidates are strong communicators, able to read and communicate in English, and at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with multiple Guests while generating enthusiasm for D&B.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and manage front desk/host duties to ensure positive first impressions.
• Guide Guests through retail, game rentals, and dining experiences; process transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of Front Desk and Host area; restock supplies as needed.
• Assist team members and managers; communicate issues promptly.
