Job summary

PickleRage New Rochelle is seeking a Front Desk Associate to be the friendly first impression for guests. You will manage check-ins, memberships, reservations, and daily front-desk operations in a high-energy environment.

In this part-time role, you’ll greet guests, handle payments, promote programs, and support events and leagues while delivering outstanding customer service and building a welcoming pickleball community in Westchester County.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred (hospitality, fitness, retail, or sports facilities a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using POS systems and booking software.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
• Availability for evenings and weekends.
• Pickleball experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Manage court reservations, member check-ins, and program registrations.
• Process payments for memberships, retail, events, and food & beverage (if applicable).
• Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
• Assist with league nights, tournaments, and special events.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.
• Promote memberships, clinics, and upcoming programs.
• Support management with daily operational tasks.
