Job summary

Revive Med Spa in San Diego is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to manage the front desk, greet clients, check them in/out, and explain products and services. You will support daily operations across eight locations and maintain a welcoming, efficient reception area.

The role requires 1–2 years in aesthetic medicine front desk, a high school diploma, and proficiency with Zenoti, Microsoft Office and FileMaker. Vaccination is required. Competitive hourly pay and a collaborative team culture await.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of front desk experience in aesthetic medicine.
• HS Diploma required.
• Familiarity with Zenoti, MS Office and FileMaker is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain front area setup and appearance.
• Check clients in and out for appointments.
• Describe products and explain benefits to customers.
• Communicate with clients in person, by phone and email.
• Maintain knowledge of company products and services.
• Build relationships with clients visiting the store.
• Monitor messaging systems for client communications.
• Process and record sales; perform other admin tasks as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and assist with promotions and rebates.
