Job summary

RAM Hotels in Columbus, Georgia, seeks a friendly Front Desk Clerk to welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and deliver outstanding service with a professional, courteous demeanor.

As a Guest Services Agent you will answer questions, provide information about local attractions, coordinate reservations, and support housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of work-related experience is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Provide concierge-style information and directions to local attractions.
• Input guest information into the Property Management System (PMS) accurately.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to satisfy guest requests.
• Ensure front desk area is clean and presentable at all times.
