Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check them in and ensure they have what they need.
• Manage front desk schedule and keep the day on time.
• Assist stylists by anticipating next steps and where to jump in.
• Answer calls/texts and handle booking questions.
• Schedule appointments and confirm next visits.
• Capture hair moments with photos/videos and edit for social.
• Keep the salon clean and organized; stock front desk and guest areas.
• Monitor energy and ambiance of the space.
