Qualifications

• Experience at a hotel front desk or luxury setting is preferred, with willingness to train the right candidate.
• Proficiency in hotel software platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack) is beneficial.
• Strong spoken and written English; Spanish skills are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage their information, distribute keys, and assign rooms, and answer general inquiries to ensure an excellent stay.
