Emler Swim & Gym in Cedar Park, Texas is seeking a Front Desk Associate who greets families, guides lesson enrollments, processes payments, and supports swim instructors in a warm, energetic team environment. You will engage with parents and kids, stay organized, and be on your feet helping guests during shifts that include evenings and weekends.

Training starts on day one with ongoing growth opportunities in customer service and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a smile and helping them feel at home
• Managing student enrollments, processing payments, and keeping things organized
• Answering questions and supporting parents with lesson schedules and registrations
• Learning our swim curriculum so you can confidently guide families through the process
• Using creativity and empathy to solve customer challenges with a can-do attitude
• Working a consistent schedule that includes evenings and weekends
• Staying active on the job - you will be on your feet, moving, and occasionally lifting merchandise or equipment
