Altitude Trampoline Park in Austell, GA is seeking Front Desk Team Members to manage guest interactions, provide information, and resolve requests at the park entrance and reception area.

The role requires a high-energy, customer-focused individual with strong organizational skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while upholding park rules and promoting packages and events.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Altitude Trampoline Park with a professional attitude and appearance.
• Communicate and enforce park rules in a friendly, professional manner.
• Attend scheduled staff meetings.
• Book, change, and cancel jump appointments.
• Operate the POS system and handle waivers and sales.
• Greet guests and provide park information.
• Promote birthday packages, sessions, retail items, and promotions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety and incident reporting guidelines.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
