Job summary

Altitude Trampoline Park welcomes applications for a Front Desk Team Member to greet guests, answer questions, book jumps, and help keep the park running smoothly.

You will operate the POS, share information about packages and hours, and promote park offerings while maintaining a clean, safe, and friendly environment for guests of all ages. This is a high-energy, team-focused role requiring weekend availability and a professional Altitude attitude at all times.

Responsibilities

• Represent Altitude Trampoline Park with a professional attitude and appearance, upholding the park's philosophy.
• Communicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a friendly, professional manner.
• Attend scheduled staff meetings.
• Accurately book, change, and cancel jump appointments.
• Operate the POS system, including verifying waivers and processing sales transactions.
• Acknowledge and greet everyone entering and leaving the facility.
• Provide detailed descriptions of the park, birthday packages, services, and hours of operation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Actively promote the park, birthday packages, sessions, retail items, programs, promotions, and discounts.
• Enhance guest experiences using our SMILES philosophy.
• Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Provide accurate and immediate responses to all guest requests, ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Develop the ability to work independently and remain at the assigned post for extended periods.
• Communicate any issues to management as needed.
• Adhere to safety and incident reporting guidelines.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
