Job summary

East West Hospitality’s Lodge Tower in Vail, CO seeks a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and handle arrivals, inquiries, and payments. You’ll work with housekeeping and other teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.

Starting 7:00am–3:00pm or 3:00pm–11:00pm, you’ll earn $22/hour plus commissions. Perks include employee parking, ski pass, onsite gym access, and breakfast during shifts while joining a close-knit team in the heart of Vail.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or related field.
• Comfort with reservation systems, email, and basic office tech.
• Clear and professional verbal and written English communication.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with personalized, warm service while keeping front desk and lobby clean and inviting.
• Manage arrivals, departures, reservations, payments, and folios; review daily guest info and requests.
• Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person; provide local recommendations and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments for timely guest service and smooth shift handoffs.
• Support breakfast, coffee, and après service setup, replenishment, and breakdown as needed.
