Responsibilities

• Act as property liaison, provide guests and residents with information in person or over the phone.
• Process payments and deposits.
• Run reports and submit maintenance requests to keep office efficient.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager and communicate inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction and address conflicts promptly.
