Job summary

Hampton Inn Lewiston, managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality, is hiring a Guest Service Representative/Front Desk Clerk. You will handle check-in/check-out, respond to reservations and guest requests, and address compliments or complaints to ensure a positive guest experience.

Position includes cash handling and balancing a house bank. Shifts are 7am–3pm or 3pm–11pm, with 3–4 shifts weekly and opportunities for growth within NSH.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; prior hotel/hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Willingness to work early/late shifts (7am–3pm or 3pm–11pm) and 3–4 shifts per week.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests and coordinate hotel services to ensure satisfaction and revenue optimization.
• Respond to reservations requests, answer phones, and handle guest requests, compliments, and complaints as needed.
• Balance an assigned house bank, make changes, and balance cash drawer.
