Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel in Wichita, KS is seeking a friendly front desk associate to greet guests, check them in and out, and ensure exceptional service. You will handle cash, maintain guest records, promote hotel programs, and resolve issues with a courteous, professional approach.

You may also assist with breakfast and the 5:30 p.m. Kickback service, including setup, guest service, and cleanup, while upholding a high standard of hospitality and integrity across our hotel team.

Qualifications

• Warm and friendly manner when dealing with the public.
• Attention to detail while handling multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with money handling, making change, and office machines.
• Ability to speak and take directions in English.
• Willingness to work alone as scheduled.
