Job summary

Residence Inn by Marriott Orlando Airport is seeking an experienced Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, manage check-in/out, and sell hotel facilities while maintaining guest information security.

The role requires English proficiency and at least 1 year of front desk experience in a brand hotel (Marriott preferred). This is a full-time position with at least 32 hours per week and flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays. Benefits include health, vision, dental, PTO and 401k.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of front desk experience in a brand hotel, Marriott preferred.
• Must speak, read and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a friendly welcome and handle check-in/check-out.
• Upsell hotel facilities and services while providing accurate information.
• Handle cash and follow accounting procedures for the front desk.
• Coordinate with hotel departments and attend front office meetings as needed.
• Maintain guest information privacy and comply with safety protocols.
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
