Job summary

DoubleTree Pittsburgh - Green Tree is seeking a Guest Service Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-in/out, reservations, and inquiries in a fast-paced front desk environment.

This role requires strong communication, guest-service orientation, and attention to detail, with shift-based scheduling that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma and hospitality experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred.
• Experience: Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and perform efficient check-in and check-out services.
• Manage room reservations using hotel property management software.
• Respond to guest inquiries and handle requests and complaints promptly.
• Provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
