Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of housekeeping experience required; prior supervisory experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred.
• Travel required: No travel; position is fully property-based.

Responsibilities

• Supervise room attendants and housepersons during assigned shifts.
• Assign daily cleaning tasks and ensure timely completion of room assignments.
• Monitor room status and coordinate with front desk for room availability.
• Ensure consistent application of brand standards across housekeeping duties.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance needs.
• Report and follow up on maintenance issues with engineering teams.
• Train new housekeeping team members in cleaning procedures and safety standards.
• Provide ongoing coaching, support, and performance feedback.
• Assist with scheduling and attendance tracking as needed.
• Monitor usage of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns.
• Enforce proper safety procedures and chemical handling standards.
