Job summary

Tides Inn and Suites in Port Townsend, WA seeks a Guest Service Attendant to handle guest check-ins/outs, room assignments, and payments. The role requires courteous service, basic bookkeeping, and strong communication across shifts in a hotel setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register arriving guests and assign rooms.
• Process check-ins and check-outs and explain charges.
• Maintain guest records in the PMS and handle payments.
• Balance cash, cards and receipts per procedures.
• Answer guest questions and provide local information and directions.
