Job summary

Spruce Lake Ministries and Pinebrook invite applications for a Guest Group Coordinator. This role focuses on front desk guest services, warm hospitality, and a customized guest experience for individual guests, seasonal campers, and guest group leaders.

The GGC collaborates across Pinebrook and Spruce Lake locations, coordinating communications, managing required documents, and promoting the value of a retreat experience within a Christian setting.

Qualifications

• Giftedness in hospitality and a heart for ministry.
• Good interpersonal skills and telephone presence.
• Ability to communicate clearly by phone and email.
• Attention to detail & accuracy in preparing documents & reports.
• Computer literacy, including knowledge of MS Office and reservation databases.
• Informal, neat, conservative, professional attire, appropriate for greeting the public.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk guest services and Christian hospitality.
• Coordinate with guest group leaders, seasonal campers, and individual guests.
• Disseminate required information to directors, managers or their designee.
