• Proven front desk experience or hospitality service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the Front Office on a day-to-day basis.
• Handle internal and external phone calls and relay messages.
• Operate and manage the telephone switchboard.
• Assist guests with enquiries and requests, knowing Canberra and surrounding areas.
• Process Room Service orders and support check-in/check-out experiences.
