Job summary

VASA Fitness is hiring a Member Experience Specialist at our Racine, WI location. You’ll greet members, build personal connections, and guide them through memberships and personal training options. The role requires keeping the club clean and welcoming while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Candidates with 1+ year of customer service and a passion for health and fitness thrive here. Base pay is $11.50/hr plus commission, with un-capped earning potential and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a professional approach.
• 1+ year of customer service, membership sales preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet members warmly at the front desk and set a positive tone.
• Guide members on memberships, upgrades, and personal training options.
• Keep the club clean and organized, including front desk areas.
• Assist with tours and conversations to drive memberships and sales.
