Goldfish Swim School is seeking a friendly Front Desk and Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of our front desk. You’ll connect with families every day, guide them through enrollment, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

If you enjoy talking with people, are detail-oriented, and ready to learn our systems, this role offers a chance to grow with a people-first team and support our Spanish-speaking base.

Qualifications

• Customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Available for evening and weekend shifts.

Responsabilités

• Greet every member and family warmly at check-in and make them feel welcomed from the moment they walk through the door.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and conduct outbound sales calls to prospective members with a positive, confident approach.
• Guide families through the student registration process using effective sales and customer service techniques.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, with a solution driven approach.
• Assist families with merchandise and vending purchases.
• Make calls to resolve open account issues with professionalism and care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front desk, snack area, changing rooms, restrooms, and lobby area.
• Enforce safety rules and administer first aid when necessary.
