Job summary

Hire Up Recruiting is seeking a Center Program Assistant for a premier early learning center in Gallup, NM. You will greet families, manage enrollment paperwork, and support daily preschool operations while collaborating with leadership and staff.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, year-round, with responsibilities including attendance tracking, records maintenance, and effective communication with families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Demonstrated clerical or office experience in a busy, service-oriented setting.
• Strong skills in scheduling, data entry and professional communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet families daily and manage front-office operations.
• Support enrollment, attendance tracking, and student records.
• Respond to phones and emails; direct inquiries appropriately.
• Coordinate enrollment paperwork and licensing documentation.
• Assist with events and maintain positive school culture.
