Qualifications

• Child Development Permit Matrix is required, preferably with a teaching-related degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in the preschool field.
• Valid California Driver’s License and DMV printout for background checks.
• Maintain confidentiality and pass fingerprint-based background checks; Indian preference applies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program planning, curriculum implementation, and evaluation.
• Coordinate schedules, enrollment, and family partnerships.
• Hire, train, and supervise preschool staff; maintain personnel files.
• Develop and monitor the annual budget; order equipment and supplies.
• Prepare IEPs for assigned students and communicate with families.
