Job summary

HealthCARE Express is seeking a Front Desk Team Member (Director of First Impressions) to ensure a welcoming patient experience and smooth front-office operations. The role involves greeting patients, checking in, verifying insurance, answering phones, collecting payments, and handling documentation with discretion.

Expect 12-hour shifts (8:00 AM–8:00 PM), rotating Saturdays (8:00 AM–4:00 PM), and full-time scheduling. Training may occur in Texarkana, Texas.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Clear communication, friendly demeanor.
• Basic computer skills and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, verify insurance and demographics.
• Answer phones and direct calls as needed.
• Collect payments and scan/maintain documentation.
• Assist patients with questions or concerns and route to appropriate team members.
• Coordinate with Providers and clinic staff to keep front office organized.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy standards.
• Step in to support clinic operations as needed.
