Responsibilities

• Provide customer service on the phone as well as the front counter.
• Make bus passes.
• Process citation payments.
• Aid customers with questions regarding citations; be able to explain why citations were issued and how to avoid citations in the future.
• Help with appeals process if necessary.
• Assist Manager in the process of daily revenue.
• Prepare a number of daily/annual reports.
• Record monthly parking payments and account information.
• Aid in any special event programs.
