No insurance experience required; training will be provided. This part-time role offers a Monday-Thursday schedule with opportunities to develop customer service and office administration skills in a supportive team environment.

• Answer and route incoming calls.

• Complete basic data entry and update customer information.
• Scan, email, organize, and prepare documents as needed.
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments or requested information.
• Assist with walk-in customers and front-desk needs.
• Complete daily office organization and care tasks.
• Help maintain an organized and welcoming office environment.
• Provide general administrative support to the Agent and Office Manager.
