Position Overview

We’re hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This position is designed for someone who enjoys talking with people, staying organized, and making a difference in customers’ lives — without the pressure of sales. This is a non-licensed position, meaning you’ll support the agency in key administrative and customer service functions under the guidance of our licensed team members. For the right person, there are opportunities to pursue insurance licensing and advance into higher-level roles within the agency as you develop.
